  We are seeking an experienced Application Project Manager to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for overseeing the successful planning, execution, and delivery of application projects.

  Key Responsibilities:
 </p>
 <ol>
  <li>
   Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables, to ensure successful project execution.
  </li>
  <li>
   Project Execution: Lead cross-functional teams in executing application projects, ensuring adherence to project milestones, budgets, and quality standards.
  </li>
  <li>
   Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, including executive leadership, clients, and internal teams, ensuring alignment and timely decision-making.
  </li>
  <li>
   Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with business analysts and subject matter experts to gather and analyze requirements related to revenue cycle management, ensuring the development of efficient and effective solutions.
  </li>
  <li>
   Vendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors and contractors involved in application projects, ensuring timely delivery of products and services.
  </li>
  <li>
   Risk Management: Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies, proactively addressing potential roadblocks to ensure successful project outcomes.
  </li>
  <li>
   Change Management: Work closely with end-users and stakeholders to manage change associated with the implementation of new applications, providing guidance, training, and support.
  </li>
  <li>
   Quality Assurance: Oversee testing activities, ensuring the quality and integrity of implemented applications, and facilitating user acceptance testing.
  </li>
  <li>
   Documentation and Reporting: Maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and issue logs, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is available to stakeholders.
  </li>
  <li>
   Continuous Improvement: Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance project management methodologies and best practices, promoting efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.
  </li>

  Requirements:
 </p>
 <ol>
  <li>
   Proven experience as a Project Manager - 6+ years
  </li>
  <li>
   Demonstrated success in managing application projects, including requirements gathering, planning, execution, and stakeholder management.
  </li>
  <li>
   Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and manage project teams.
  </li>
  <li>
   Solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
  </li>
  <li>
   Proficiency in project management software and collaboration tools.
  </li>
  <li>
   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  </li>
  <li>
   Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Healthcare Management) or equivalent experience. Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
