<p>Ameristar Perimeter Security USA, an ASSA ABLOY branded company, is looking for a high-energy, employee-focused, hands-on HR Director-level human resources professional to join the manufacturing management team located in Tulsa, OK. The Senior HR Business Partner Corporate Functions is a critical role with tremendous growth potential. The Sr. HRBP will work in-office and offer an exciting opportunity for the right person to impact all aspects of Human Resources, support corporate functions, employee engagement activities, performance management, organizational development, and more.</p><p>The role will report to the Vice President of Human Resources - Business Segment Perimeter Security and work closely with the resident Corporate HR team to strategically plan and provide guidance to maintain an engaged and high-performing organization. The primary HR support for Ameristar Perimeter Security's manufacturing site and service centers RDC nationwide. The role will command employee-facing/customer service aspects of HR, policy guidance, corrective actions, employee development, managing communication, announcements, projects, promotions throughout ASSA ABLOY Business Segment Perimeter Security.</p><p>The Sr. HR Business Partner will:</p><ul><li>Develop continuous improvement strategies to improve Human Resources outcomes and metrics.</li><li>Partner with leadership to support a world-class hybrid/on-premise work environment using strategic innovative people talent solutions.</li><li>Lead in the continuous evaluation and evolution of HR Information Systems.</li><li>Lead open enrollment, Employee Survey, VOE processes.</li><li>Maintain knowledge of industry trends, federal, state, local employment requirements, and ensure compliance.</li><li>Consult with legal counsel as appropriate.</li><li>Work with the VP of Human Resources to continuously improve corporate efficiency, effectiveness, drive growth, savings, and cultivate a departmental and corporate culture focused on company team values.</li></ul><p>The role will also coordinate Safety, EHS, Worker's Compensation claims including light-duty, return-to-work, and legal activities, address employee concerns and issues, collect relevant information, research solutions, determine the best possible outcomes, and assist in the implementation and administration of human resource practices and procedures regarding orientation, company training, departure, exit interviews, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, PSG policies, procedures, and ASSA ABLOY Code of Conduct.</p><p>Required skills and experience include:</p><ul><li>10 years of progressive HR leadership experience.</li><li>High-performance work systems preferred.</li><li>Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.</li><li>Willingness to travel 25%.</li><li>Knowledge and/or experience in developing and championing performance management, employee development.</li><li>Must have held senior HR role responsibilities that included Salary Administration, Benefits Administration.</li><li>Experience in Worker's Compensation Program Management.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal coaching skills.</li><li>Ability to be flexible with work hours to accommodate shifts.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.</li><li>Ability to multi-task.</li><li>Must have highly developed organizational skills.</li></ul><p>The role is located in Tulsa, OK.
