<p>We have an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse to join our Outpatients team based in Hemel Hempstead. You will join us on a full-time basis, to work 37.5 hours per week flexibly over a 7 day rota, and in return, you will receive a salary in the range of £27,500.00 - £33,500.00 pa dependant on experience plus benefits.</p><p>About Us</p><p>At OSD Healthcare, we are pioneering a new approach to private healthcare. No case is too small, and every case is as important to us as it is to our patients.</p><p>Situated in Hemel Hempstead with free on-site parking and easy access to the M1 and M25, this is a unique opportunity to join a growing organisation, helping to shape our services and deliver outstanding care to each and every one of our patients.</p><p>About The Role</p><p>Your responsibilities will include to:</p><ul><li>Deliver safe, effective and evidence-based nursing care to patients and their families within the Outpatient Department.</li><li>Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to achieve/maintain an outstanding, patient-focused service.</li><li>Provide support/education to more junior members of staff and supervise Healthcare Assistants.</li><li>To act as a shift leader or deputise for the Outpatient Sister, as required.</li></ul><p>About You</p><p>The ideal candidates will have the following qualification, skills and experience:</p><ul><li>Registered Nurse with post registration relevant clinical course.</li><li>Have current and relevant experience as an Outpatient Nurse, supervising HCA's and evidence of CPD and up to date on current nursing practices.</li><li>Excellent communicate, interpersonal and organisation skills.</li><li>Aware of CQC requirements and clinical governance issues.</li></ul><p>Please see attached job description and person specification for more details.</p><p>Benefits We Offer</p><p>We are dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of those around us - for our staff as well as our patients.
