<h3>Senior Analyst– Trade Finance Asia</h3><p>Chennai, India</p><p>Permanent contract</p><p>Banking operations processing</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Overall Experience in Trade products i.e., LC Issuance, Advising, Collections, Bank Guarantee, etc., enabling client interactions.</li><li>Workflow coordination and queue management for client communication.</li><li>Able to work closely with Middle, Front, and Back office teams.</li><li>Maintaining SLA’s required for Client timeliness and quality.</li><li>Managing Escalation clarifications, addressing technical queries and discrepancies within the team and with the client.</li><li>Maintain operational procedures and ensure special practices are updated.</li><li>Produce regular reports on operational activities, quality, and quantity, including daily, weekly production reports, and monthly KPI dashboards.</li><li>Training process and regular updates for team members.</li></ul><h3>Profile Required</h3><ul><li>4-8 years experience with in-depth knowledge of Trade Finance Operations across products.</li><li>Exposure towards the Asian market preferable.</li><li>Good knowledge of office automation tools, advanced Excel (Pivot table), medium PowerPoint.</li><li>Working knowledge of IMEX would be preferred.</li><li>Knowledge of Compliance regulations, Anti-boycott languages, Anti-Money laundering, OFAC (Office of Foreign Asset Control).</li></ul><h3>Join Us</h3><p>We are committed to creating a diverse environment and proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
