Job Description

<p>1. Responsible for Sales for ICICI Bank Branches and to up sell ICICI Prudential MF products to Retail/HNI Clients as per the assigned database.</p><p>2. Responsible for advising the Investors and to be able to analyze the asset allocation of investors to customize the approach in accordance for focused selling and profiling customers and provide financial products to meet customer needs.</p><p>3. Visibility with the investors through Telephone calls, one to one meeting, regular dissemination of marketing material (Fact sheets, Brouchers), mailers, group meetings.</p><p>4. Should be completely updated on the various products and markets situation and scenario.</p><p>5. Ensuring the highest levels of service to the client /HNI customers.</p><p>6. Should be sensitive to their needs in terms of Product Updates, Query resolution and ensure proper follow up etc.</p><p>7. Should be able to close the sales call by working closely with more experienced sales representative in case of need required.</p><p>8. Responsible for maintaining the data of all the investors assigned, find out the strategies to counter the competition in the market.</p><p>9. Acquisition & Servicing of HNI/UHNI customers and one point contact for the assigned customer.</p><p>11. Soft skills training in terms of Communication, Motivation etc.</p><p>12.
