This professional will be responsible for leading the team responsible for contacting candidates of various profiles required by BairesDev and its clients and engaging them in the company's selection process. We are looking for proactive, dynamic individuals and team players with strong organizational skills, accustomed to handling multiple tasks, and with strong attention to detail.
