 </strong>
 The Program Manager, Operations is responsible for coordinating multiple related projects and stakeholder management directed toward a common objective. The Program Manager will work with the constituent Project Manager to monitor costs, schedule, and technical performance of component projects while working to ensure the program&rsquo;s ultimate success. Generally responsible for determining and coordinating the sharing of resources amount constituent project.

  What You Will Do:

 </strong>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Act as the primary point of contact for clients on assigned programs.
  </li>
  <li>
   Direct and support the development of schedules/timelines/cost plans that support the business objectives, established budgets, resources, and project deliverables for each project.
  </li>
  <li>
   Oversee day-to-day execution of the overall project delivery process, including coaching cross-functional teams.
  </li>
  <li>
   Review and influence projects to ensure projects are executed within the approved budget and schedule and in accordance with company Quality requirements.
  </li>
  <li>
   Prepares technically accurate and timely reports related to the program.
  </li>
  <li>
   Managing and utilizing resources across programs
  </li>
  <li>
   Managing stakeholders&rsquo; communication and preparing communications for management and updates.
  </li>
  <li>
   Managing the primary project documentation from project initiation through completion in accordance with the process instruction.
  </li>
  <li>
   Ensure that invoices are correctly prepared in accordance with contractual terms and are issued to clients in a timely manner.
  </li>
  <li>
   Stays actively informed concerning technical, business, and management developments affecting present and potential customers and communicates this information promptly to the appropriate senior-level managers.
  </li>
  <li>
   Prepare and submit time charge records, expense reports, and invoice approvals in a timely manner in accordance with company procedures.
  </li>
  <li>
   Negotiate budgets, schedules, project terms, and conditions on specific proposal opportunities and change requests.
  </li>
  <li>
   Work with Survey and Engineering Management to establish staffing requirements supporting program execution.

  What You Will Need:

 Education and Experience
 <br/>
 <br/>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Typically requires a Bachelor of Science
  </li>
  <li>
   Preferably a Master of Science degree in Project Management or Engineering Management.
  </li>
  <li>
   Typically holds one of the following Project Management Professional certifications; PMP, PgMP, PfMP.
  </li>
  <li>
   Typically, a minimum of 10‒16 years of project management-related experience in a lead role.

   Exceptional knowledge and handling of project management methodology and techniques
  </li>
  <li>
   Ability to work positively with various individuals involved in the project.
  </li>
  <li>
   The ability to identify, analyze and solve complex and unique program-related problems.
  </li>
  <li>
   Ability to organize, plan, monitor, and control contractual project requirements, budgets, schedules, and technical work.
  </li>
  <li>
   Exceptional Proficiency with PM tools and software (i.e., MS Office and MS Project) will be preferred.
  </li>
  <li>
   Possesses exceptional verbal and written communication skills and highly complex and unique technical issues to personnel who may or may not be in related technical fields.
  </li>
  <li>
   Realization of financial aspects of approved business plans and budgets pertaining to the program.
  </li>
  <li>
   Ability to direct the execution of complex programs.
  </li>
  <li>
   Ability to learn the ABS Health, Safety, Quality &amp; Environmental Management System.
  </li>
  <li>
   Ability to speak and write English fluently.
