<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Keywords Studio is looking for a Senior Supervising Sound Designer for gaming projects to work in our creative team responsible for crafting interactive audio experiences. You will work closely with internal and external audio team members and be the quality owner overseeing multiple projects.</p><h3>Day-to-Day Responsibilities Include:</h3><ul><li>Key participant in team leading client presentations and bidding processes.</li><li>Audio quality owner for multiple projects.</li><li>Lead team, organize workflow, delegate tasks, and communicate effectively.</li><li>Sound design creation and integration of game-ready assets using middleware and custom audio tools.</li><li>Design optimization in-game interactive audio systems.</li><li>Tuning game parameters and delivering assets that meet creative and technical specifications.</li><li>Balancing quality and efficiency while managing timely deliveries.</li></ul><h3>Experience Requirements:</h3><ul><li>Multiple years of experience in interactive audio creation.</li><li>Minimum of 3 AAA titles shipped.</li><li>Expert-level experience in integration and mixing techniques using middleware and/or game engines.</li><li>Experience processing sounds into game-ready content using a DAW. Must be proficient in Pro Tools.</li><li>Expert level understanding of Wwise and Unreal Engine.</li><li>Expert level understanding of audio signal flow and DSP terminology.</li><li>Self-motivated team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Cultivated aesthetic sense and keen ear for detail.</li><li>Ability to quickly learn new/proprietary software.</li></ul><h3>Preferred Skills:</h3><ul><li>Previous experience in a senior lead audio role.</li><li>Creative and technical skill in interactive game audio production.</li></ul>
