Job Description
<h3>General Purpose of the Position</h3><p>The Customer Onboarding Specialist focuses on providing a positive onboarding experience for new customers. Responsible for explaining in detail the contracted services and discussing the initial strategy to guide clients on the way to an excellent service and results with Infopaginas. Customer Onboarding Specialist will be responsible for overseeing active tickets and their completion to deliver the first products for client review. Act as a point of contact for all new customer inquiries, for the final objective of passing the account to the corresponding team. Also is responsible for raising the image of the company before our clients, being proactive, efficient, diligent and with a quality of promptness in the management of his responsibilities.</p><h3>Principal Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>In charge of the entire onboarding process of a new client of the company.</li><li>Ensure the successful creation and publication of all the client's digital products; working hand in hand with the Production and Sales Department.</li><li>Develop and create products and multimedia content, for print and digital media.</li><li>Explain to each new client the products and services acquired to understand their specific needs.</li><li>Create New Tickets and monitor Active Tickets to ensure their completion and deliver for the client's review.</li><li>Responsible for creating concise, catching, and innovative headlines and body copy oriented at the client's needs.</li><li>Consistently brainstorming and collaborating with the team for new ideas and strategies.</li><li>Creation and delivery of first products</li><li>Audit the initial products and ensure that it is faithful to what is required by the client.</li><li>Proactively manage the changes that the client makes to their advertising.</li><li>Obtain the authorization of the client of your advertising.</li><li>Pass on all relevant information related to the case with detailed and complete information.</li><li>Other related functions can be assigned.</li><li>Document everything that happened with the accounts, for future reference.</li></ul><h3>Employee Duties</h3><ul><li>Comply with the responsibilities and obligations of the job, in accordance with company regulations.</li><li>Observe the safety and hygiene measures established by the company.</li><li>Not incur in improper, disorderly, criminal, or immoral conduct that may reasonably affect the best interests of the company.</li><li>Comply with the orders and instructions of the company in the regular exercise of its management powers.</li><li>Do not compete with the activity and business of the company.</li><li>Contribute to improve the productivity and competitiveness of the company.</li><li>Comply satisfactorily with all those duties arising from the employment contract and with the rules and regulations established by the company.</li></ul><h3>Education, Skills and Experience Requirements</h3><ul><li>Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations. Or related careers</li><li>Minimum of one year of experience in jobs related to advertising/marketing agencies, public relations, media, or customer service.</li><li>Previous experience in sales and customer service.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in English and Spanish.</li><li>Creative and innovative thinker and planner.</li><li>Confident in producing work across multiple platforms.</li><li>Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.</li><li>Computer/software skills, including Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Power Point, Excel)</li><li>Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management.</li><li>Able to work in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude and be a problem-solver.</li></ul><h3>Licenses and Certifications</h3><ul><li>Google ads certification, Google display.
