<li><strong>Upgrade Systems:</strong> Modernize legacy code (SQL, VB.NET, JavaScript) to align with updated versions of the platform.</li>
<li><strong>Collaborate and Communicate:</strong> Work closely with cross-functional team members to ensure efficiency, consistency, and first-pass quality.</li>
<li><strong>Adapt and Learn:</strong> Embrace new technologies and adapt to evolving development environments.</li>

<h3>What You'll Bring</h3>
<ul>
<li><strong>Technical Proficiency:</strong> Experience with relational databases (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL) and object-oriented programming (VB.NET, JavaScript, C#, PHP, Java, C++).</li>
<li><strong>Front-End Skills:</strong> Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.</li>
<li><strong>Development Tools:</strong> Familiarity with IDEs like Visual Studio for development and debugging.</li>
<li><strong>Creative Problem-Solving:</strong> Ability to think strategically, analytically, and creatively to solve problems.</li>
<li><strong>Time Management:</strong> Strong skills in managing time effectively to meet project deadlines.</li>

<li><strong>Bonus Points:</strong> Experience with any of the following: VB.NET and ASP.NET MVC, Microsoft SQL Server, jQuery, Bootstrap, Entity Framework, LINQ, mobile development, and ADA/WCAG compliance.</li>
<li><strong>Education & Experience:</strong> Associates Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field with at least 2 years of work experience, or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field with demonstrated software development skills.</li>
