Proficiency in operating systems such as Windows, macOS, and Linux.</li><li>Troubleshooting Skills: Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues effectively and efficiently.</li><li>Customer Service: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to provide courteous and effective technical support to users.</li><li>Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to performing tasks and documenting procedures accurately.</li><li>Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload effectively, especially in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Teamwork: Capacity to collaborate with colleagues and contribute to team projects and initiatives.</li><li>Azure Cloud Services: Familiarity with Microsoft Azure cloud computing services, including but not limited to Azure Virtual Machines, Azure App Services, Azure Storage, Azure Active Directory, and Azure Networking.</li><li>Cloud Security: Understanding of cloud security principles and best practices, including identity and access management, data encryption, and network security in Azure.</li><li>Scripting and Automation: Basic knowledge of scripting languages like PowerShell or Python to automate routine tasks and streamline processes.</li><li>Problem-solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex technical issues and devise practical solutions, often under pressure.</li><li>Continuous Learning: Eagerness to stay updated with the latest technological advancements, including Azure services, Mobile Device Management platforms, and other relevant IT trends.</li><li>Mobile Device Management (MDM): Experience with MDM platforms for managing Windows, iOS, macOS, and Android devices, including configuration, deployment, security policies, app management, and remote troubleshooting.</li><li>MDM Solutions: Familiarity with popular MDM solutions such as Microsoft Intune, JAMF, and MobileIron.</li><li>Device Security: Understanding mobile device security principles and best practices, including encryption, remote wipe capabilities, and compliance enforcement.</li><li>Integration: Ability to integrate MDM solutions with other IT systems and services, such as Active Directory, Azure AD, email servers, and application deployment platforms.</li><li>General knowledge of software development for web apps, mobile apps, and IT solutions.</li></ul><h3>Education Level</h3><p>Associate degree: Many IT Assistant positions may require an associate degree in a related field, such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or Computer Engineering.
