<h3>Registered Physical Therapist (RPT) - Contractor</h3><p>We are seeking RPT to join our dynamic Home Care team to provide services to the following towns: Guánica, Yauco, Adjuntas, Guayanilla, Peñuelas, Ponce, Jayuya, Juana Diaz, Villalba, Coamo, Santa Isabel, Salinas, Guayama, Arroyo and Patillas.</p><h3>About the Company</h3><p>CMS offers an Integrated Home Health System, which includes Durable Medical Equipment (DME), Respiratory Equipment, Home Health Services, Infusion Services, Orthotics and Prosthetics. CMS has Corporate Offices in Carolina with more than 60,000 square feet and also has a Distribution Center of more than 20,000 square feet located in Ponce. We have over sixty-five (65) vehicles with all the medical equipment our patients need on hand and ready for delivery 24 hours a day, 7 days a week our patients can count on CMS for their immediate, guaranteed. This is performed in accordance with physician orders and plan of care under the direction and supervision of the Director of Nursing.</p><p><em>“CMS Home Care is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer. Affirmative Action for Women, Minorities, Veterans, and People with Disabilities”</em></p><h3>MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:</h3><ol><li>Graduate from a physical therapist curriculum approved by the American Physical Therapy Association, or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association, or the Council of Medical Education of the American Medical Association and American Physicals Therapy Association.</li><li>Currently licensed as PTR in Puerto Rico.</li><li>At least 6 months’ experience required.</li><li>Ability to exercise initiative and independent judgment.</li><li>Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.</li><li>Acceptance of philosophy and goals of this agency.</li></ol>
