  Key Responsibilities:

   Conduct one-on-one or small group English lessons.
  </li>
  <li>
   Develop customized lesson plans that integrate Plingo&rsquo;s gaming elements.
  </li>
  <li>
   Assess student progress using Plingo&rsquo;s analytics and provide constructive feedback.
  </li>
  <li>
   Coordinate scheduling and session logistics with students or guardians.

  Skills &amp; Qualifications:

   Proven experience in teaching English as a second language, with a strong preference for candidates who have experience incorporating technology into their teaching.

   Excellent interpersonal skills and patience with a diverse range of students.
  </li>
  <li>
   Ability to adapt teaching styles to different learning abilities and make learning fun.
  </li>
  <li>
   Fluent in English and proficient in at least one other language.
  </li>
