<h3>Job Description</h3><p>For our client, we are seeking experienced HIL Test Engineers who are ready for their next challenge. We make product development dreams a reality by designing, engineering, and validating the products of tomorrow for the world's leading manufacturers.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Responsible for testing electric vehicle components (Inverter, Battery, Charging) on HIL, Test benches, Boxcar & Vehicle</li><li>Lead and set up testing strategy, quickly kick start testing scope for the project</li><li>Act as the point of contact and coordinate between onsite and offshore teams</li><li>Flexible in working in different testing areas and managing varying demands</li><li>Responsible for certification activities like EOBD, Cybersecurity, etc.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Strong background and hands-on experience in system testing, function and vehicle testing</li><li>Proficiency in setting up and working with HIL/SIL test benches (DSPACE)</li><li>Knowledge of test tools - Vector tools (Canalyzer, Canoe), Debuggers, INCA, etc.</li><li>Experience in test automation such as Vtest Studio, DSPACE Autodesk, Python</li><li>Exposure to testing ISO26262 functional safety requirements</li><li>Knowledge of UDS/Diagnostics testing is a must</li><li>Awareness of CI tools chain (Jenkins) & test automation would be a plus</li></ul><h3>Personal Qualities</h3><ul><li>Be innovative and proactive in your approach to testing</li><li>Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail</li><li>Have the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment</li><li>Show flexibility and adaptability to varying project demands</li><li>Exhibit excellent communication and coordination skills</li></ul><h3>About JobBusters</h3><p>JobBusters is an authorized staffing and recruitment company targeting white-collar workers and was started in 2011.
