Job Description

Roland Tyson started making outdoor gear on an old industrial sewing machine in his childhood bedroom in 1983, at the age of 17. As a young outdoor enthusiast, Roland realized that he had a passion and a talent for creating cutting-edge outdoor equipment. Soon he was designing and manufacturing equipment for other Australian adventurers. By 1991, after outfitting an unusual first ascent of Mt. Everest (a 1126+ kilometer, 8848 meters in elevation trek from sea level to a solo summit), Sea to Summit was born. Today, Sea to Summit is a successful global brand still pulling inspiration from Roland's love of travel adventure and design, with innovation always at the forefront.
We are looking for a Key Account Manager for the Swedish market who is passionate about building the business strategically. If you are someone who loves our products, enjoys nature, and is enthusiastic about meeting new people, then you might be the right fit for us! For us, it is essential that this job is an extension of who you are and your interests.
In the role of Key Account Manager, you will be responsible, together with the Country Manager Sweden, for the sales of our products in the Swedish market. You will identify new business opportunities and create tailored solutions that generate growth for both Sea to Summit and our customers. You will also have administrative and result responsibility for the Swedish market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate and implement sales plans for each season and evaluate the outcomes against plans and goals
- Find, cultivate, and develop both new and existing customers and customer segments
- Regularly monitor, analyze, and plan actions for the Swedish sales development
- Regularly prepare sales forecasts as a basis for Cirdan's purchases
- Create sales-driving activities and campaigns with customers
- Manage the company's sales cycles with customers, from agreements and sales pitches to logistics, order management, and customer service
Who you are!
You are business-minded and strategic in your approach, comfortable with analyzing and making decisions based on data. You are a persuasive individual who exudes confidence and openness, thriving best when working with other people. With the ultimate responsibility for Swedish sales come administrative tasks that we assume you can handle effectively.
Qualifications:
- At least a couple of years' experience in sales to key customers in our or a related segment
- Independent and professional in your demeanor
- Structured, analytical, and have a strong business acumen
- Good at building networks
- Good at sharing your knowledge and experiences
Requirements: Must have a valid driver's license, fluent in English (spoken and written), and proficient in Office.
Start: As soon as possible by agreement.
Location: Flexible, but preferably Gothenburg/West Coast.
Car: Company car or mileage compensation.
Travel: Trade shows, events, and customer visits that cannot be done digitally.
