<h3>Job Description</h3>  
<ul>
<li>Role and Key Responsibilities:</li>
<li>Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.</li>
<li>Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive operational excellence.</li>
<li>Design, develop, and maintain databases, data models, data replication and integration processes to support business intelligence and reporting needs.</li>
<li>Develop software application extensions, tools, application interfaces, and reporting dashboards.</li>
<li>Perform data validation, quality assurance, and testing to ensure accuracy and reliability.</li>
<li>Support application administration, maintenance, and issue resolution.</li>
<li>Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.</li>
<li>Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement and innovation.</li>
<li>Work experience in Infor OS & ION is mandatory</li>
</ul>
<h3>Qualifications</h3>
 
<ul>
<li>5+ years of experience in Infor ERP as Techno Consultant.</li>
<li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a similar field.</li>
<li>Proven experience as an Infor Analyst/Developer, Software Engineer, Business Intelligence Analyst, or similar role.</li>
<li>Experience with Infor Cloud Suite Development and Administration. Advanced technical skills including Infor Process Automation, ION, IBI Application Studio, LPL, and Configuration Console.</li>
<li>Extensive knowledge of SQL/query writing and experience with database design and management.</li>
<li>Proficiency in data analysis, data visualization, and reporting tools (e.g., Birst, Power BI, Tableau, etc.).</li>
<li>Experience with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and data integration methodologies.</li>
<li>Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC)</li>
<li>Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.</li>
<li>Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.</li>
<li>Worked extensively in LN tools, sessions, forms, reports, Multi Main tables (MMT session), 3GL, 4GL Scripts, PL/SQL, DAL2, AFS, User Exists and extensibility</li>
<li>Worked extensively for Order Management (Purchase and Sales), Planning, Finance and Manufacturing modules of ERP LN</li>
</ul>
