<h3>Position Overview:</h3><p>We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Engineer/Site Engineer with expertise in Mivan technology to oversee the engineering aspects of our high-rise building projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction engineering, project management, and practical experience with Mivan formwork systems.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li><strong>Project Planning and Coordination:</strong><ul><li>Coordinate with architects, designers, and subcontractors to ensure alignment with project goals and specifications.</li><li>Implement and manage Mivan formwork systems on-site.</li></ul></li><li><strong>Technical Oversight:</strong><ul><li>Supervise the installation and dismantling of Mivan formwork.</li><li>Ensure that construction activities comply with engineering standards, specifications, and safety regulations.</li><li>Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions to on-site challenges.</li></ul></li><li><strong>Quality Control:</strong><ul><li>Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards.</li><li>Monitor and enforce quality control measures for materials and workmanship.</li><li>Address any deviations or defects promptly to maintain project integrity.</li></ul></li><li><strong>Site Management:</strong><ul><li>Oversee daily site operations, ensuring efficient utilization of resources and adherence to project timelines.</li><li>Manage and coordinate site workers, subcontractors, and equipment.</li><li>Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on-site.</li></ul></li><li><strong>Documentation and Reporting:</strong><ul><li>Maintain accurate records of project progress, site activities, and material usage.</li><li>Prepare and submit regular reports on project status, including technical and financial updates.</li><li>Document and address any changes or variations to the project scope.</li></ul></li><li><strong>Stakeholder Communication:</strong><ul><li>Liaise with clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities to ensure smooth project execution.</li><li>Facilitate effective communication between all project stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure project success.</li><li>Provide technical guidance and support to the project team and stakeholders.</li></ul></li><li><strong>Risk Management:</strong><ul><li>Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project delivery.</li><li>Monitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle.</li><li>Ensure proactive problem-solving to maintain project momentum.</li></ul></li></ul><h3>Qualifications:</h3><ul><li><strong>Education:</strong> Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.</li><li><strong>Experience:</strong> Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Engineer/Site Engineer, with significant exposure to high-rise building projects and expertise in Mivan technology.</li><li><strong>Technical Skills:</strong> Proficiency in construction management software, CAD, and project scheduling tools.
