We nurture ideas from inception for businesses across socially relevant verticals such as: Education, Lifesciences, Healthcare and Co-living.</p><h3>Responsibilities :</h3><ul><li>Build an understanding of the PE trends in education, lifesciences, healthcare and co-living, investments, M&As, etc. for investment structures & apply knowledge to recommend ideas/ solutions</li><li>Conducting business & market research across various functional domains, industries, and competition</li><li>Working extensively on marketing collaterals including pitch decks, fundraisers, investment memorandums, business teasers & other market reports to support management on investment strategy</li><li>Designing and executing commercial analysis e.g., market analysis, business model analysis, competitive benchmarking, strategic rationale and fit etc.</li><li>Support evaluation and execution of the due diligence process, leveraging internal and external experts as required</li><li>Assisting in forming the appropriate structure of a deal</li></ul><h3>Skills :</h3><ul><li>Creative skills, Good graphic skills, Communication and writing skills Knowledge of MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint.</li></ul><h3>Qualification:</h3><p>Master’s in Urban Planning, Urban Housing & Real estate, Urban Management.</p><p>Job Type: Full-time</p><p>Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year</p><p>Work Location: In person
