We're currently implementing a modern, cloud-based architecture and are looking for talented, and motivated professionals that want to be part of providing the best client experience and financial resources possible.</p><h3>What You'll Do :</h3><p>As a Command Center Operations Analyst I, you will provide quality solutions by supporting a variety of professional, technical, and analytical duties in the operation of enterprise, client/server, and networks. Assignments include work in the areas of user and systems requirements and analysis, computer systems, network support, system maintenance, and data/database analysis/administration. This is an overnight position. The schedule is Monday - Thursday, 10pm CST - 8am CST.</p><p>Here are a few of the key responsibilities you will be a part of :</p><ul><li>Analyze, detect, identify, and correct technical problems and deficiencies by supporting one of the following areas of Digital:<ul><li>Network Environment</li><li>Networking Technologies: LAN/WAN, DNS, TCP/IP</li><li>System Administration - Linux/Windows</li><li>Operating Systems: Windows, RedHat</li><li>Application Framework</li><li>SaaS/PaaS</li><li>Kubernetes</li></ul></li><li>Monitor and collect data on systems performance.</li><li>Schedule and coordinate vendor maintenance and repair activities.</li><li>Perform Change functions to assure maximum performance and reliability.</li><li>Develop, enhance, and maintain documentation for Command Center.</li><li>Facilitate bridge/war rooms for incident triage resolution.</li></ul><p>At Edward Jones, we value and respect our associates and their contributions, and we recognize individual efforts through a rewards program that promotes a long-term career, financial security, and well-being. The salary range for this role is based on national data, and actual pay is based on skills, experience, education, and other relevant factors for a potential new associate:</p><p>Hiring Minimum: $59886</p><p>Hiring Maximum: $98752</p><h3>Skills/Requirements</h3><p><strong>What Experience You'll Need :</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent related work experience.</li><li>2+ years of Analytical and Technical Experience, including :<ul><li>Displays proficiency in one of our four core technologies: Systems Administration, Networking, Application Framework(PaaS/SaaS), or Mainframe (zOS, Autosys)</li><li>Understanding of technology monitoring concepts</li><li>Experience with ServiceNow, Dynatrace, Splunk, Grafana</li></ul></li></ul><p>This is an overnight position.
