      Digital inclusion. The open position is for a candidate who desires to work with the government clients
      <br/>
      and bring about a change in society. A successful candidate will be expected to work pro-actively and
      <br/>
      effectively on multiple client engagements over the period of time and take ownership of the entire
      <br/>
      project delivery he/she entrusted with.
      <br/>
      Broad Role / Responsibilities
      <br/>
      Broad role typically entails our resources to adopt working with internal and external stakeholders and
      <br/>
      capturing and translating software requirements to the development team. The individuals would also
      <br/>
      be responsible for ensuring the delivered software meets the documented requirements:
      <br/>
       Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyse, and document business requirements.
      <br/>
      
      <br/>
       Conduct thorough business process analysis to identify areas for improvement.
      <br/>
       Create clear and concise documentation, including functional specifications and process
      <br/>
      flows.
      <br/>
       Ensure documentation that aligns with organizational standards and best practices.
      <br/>
       Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technology teams.
      <br/>
       Translate technical concepts into non-technical language for effective communication.
      <br/>
       Collaborate with dev teams and business stakeholders to define UAT scenarios, prepare test
      <br/>
      cases etc.
      <br/>
       Preparing Document Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM), Product Backlog , DPR, SRS,
      <br/>
      FRS, Work Flow, Use Case documentation, Screen Mock-ups, User Manuals etc
      <br/>
       Understand and incorporate industry best practices, standards and methodologies as
      <br/>
      project artefacts for design, development and documentation
      <br/>
      
      <br/>
       Ensure UAT testing aligns with business requirements.
      <br/>
       Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains through business
      <br/>
      process reengineering..
      <br/>
       Work with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.
      <br/>
       Assist in project planning, tracking, and reporting.
      <br/>
       Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely and successful project deliver.
      <br/>
      
      <br/>
      <br/>
      Broad Experience &amp; Expertise Requirements
      <br/>
       Total Experience of 7+ years with at least 2 years of experience working with Central
      <br/>
      Government / State Government / PSU in India.
      <br/>
       Should have a BTech degree in CSE, ECE or a related engineering field.
      <br/>
       More than 2 years of hands-on experience designing and developing software working in
      <br/>
      support activities, and/or managing IT software.
      <br/>
       Fundamental knowledge of Blockchain Technology and Architecture, Decentralized apps,
      <br/>
      popular blockchain protocols (Ethereum, Hyperledger Fabric, any EVM-based chains) is a plus.
      <br/>
       Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
      <br/>
       Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
      <br/>
       Proficient in gathering and documenting business requirements.
      <br/>
       Strong documentation skills for creating clear and comprehensive business documents.
      <br/>
       Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
      <br/>
       Experience in coordinating and conducting User Acceptance Testing.
      <br/>
       Understanding of business process improvement methodologies
      <br/>
      <br/>
      Educational Qualifications (mandatory)
      <br/>
       Full-Time - B.E./B.Tech (CSE, ECE or a related engineering field./), MCA/ MBA.
