 ADS is a multi-platform design system, and we provide the building blocks for Agoda and our white-label partners to build better products faster. We are a cross-functional team of designers, engineers, QA, accessibility experts and a product manager.

  The Senior Design Systems Designer at Agoda is responsible for:

 As a Senior Design Systems Designer at Agoda, you will be a key contributor to help us scale ADS to become a best in class design system. You&rsquo;ll help our team lay scalable foundations, evolve our components and expand into new areas that can help Agoda unlock quality and efficiency in the organization. You will drive and continuously improve the collaboration with cross functional partners within our team, as well as makers across other product teams. Your work will impact 1000+ makers at Agoda and millions of customers around the globe. You&rsquo;ll be expected to influence our strategy to ensure that the system evolves and continue to play a key role in how we build products at Agoda. You will ship well-crafted and accessible designs that help our stakeholders across design &amp; engineering ship products with improved efficiency, quality &amp; building products our users love.

   Expertise: You&rsquo;ll bring your expertise in building design systems that balance flexibility, scalability, and ease of use. Your designs will scale across multiple platforms and use cases. You apply systems thinking to create reusable patterns that drive consistency. You consider competing needs and dependencies across teams to craft effective solutions
  </li>

   Advocating for Quality: You thrive in the details and are an expert in best practices, creating clean, modern UI systems. You push for accessibility and craft elegant solutions that work well for users of different abilities across various types of devices. You consider technical opportunities to drive delightful designs, whilst balancing the trade-offs of implementation cost and long-term maintenance. You build a deep understanding of our customers deeply, and use data to guide decisions and measure success

   Collaborate &amp; Evangelize: In this highly matrixed role, you will work proactively across teams to uncover needs, drive alignment, and generate enthusiasm for design system adoption. You establish and enforce healthy processes, driving alignment across teams with a clear impact. You will also coach mid-level and junior designers to become better design systems designers

  Senior Design Systems Designer at Agoda means you have a track record of
 </strong>
 :
 <br/>
 <br/>
 <ul>
  <li>
   8+ years of experience working in user experience, product, or relevant design field
  </li>
  <li>
   4+ years experience working in an explicit design systems role
  </li>
  <li>
   Experience successfully designing, building, and maintaining design systems at scale within a large product organization
  </li>
  <li>
   Strong user interface and visual design skills
  </li>
  <li>
   Patience and passion for supporting designers and elevating craft
  </li>
  <li>
   Proficiency with relevant tools, standards and frameworks (Figma, Design Tokens, WCAG etc.)
  </li>
  <li>
   High-level understanding or experience with frontend development (CSS, React, SwiftUI, Jetpack compose etc.)
  </li>
  <li>
   Experience working with distributed teams in multiple time zones and an affinity for designing and facilitating asynchronous collaborative work
  </li>
  <li>
   Past work experience showcasing the ability to define major workstreams, communicate a plan and success measurement framework, and then execute
  </li>
  <li>
   The spidey sense to recognize patterns most people don&rsquo;t see in the organization, and the ability to facilitate collaborative efforts to connect the dots
  </li>
  <li>
   Experience working with creative directors, motion designers, and illustrators as well as product designers, engineers, and product managers

   <br/>
  </li>
