 What you&rsquo;ll do as Senior Software Engineer:
 <p>
  In addition to producing clean, effective testable code:
 </p>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Drive the technology in the right direction, align with other teams and external consultants
  </li>
  <li>
   Work in the team, together with other Developers, UX Designers and the Product Owner to define and build the best HR Analytics platform
  </li>
  <li>
   Be a mentor in good development practices and craftmanship, both in and outside the team
  </li>
  <li>

 <p>

 Requirements:  &nbsp;
 <p>
 </p>
 <ul>
  <li>
   5+ years of experience
  </li>
  <li>
   Frontend technology using React, preferably with experience of Material UI components.
  </li>
  <li>
   Good experience with Java development, including Spring Boot
  </li>
  <li>
   Experience with APIs as service separation, both to utilize from Frontend and to contribute to the design and building.
   <br/>
  </li>
 </ul>
 Nice to have or can be learned:
 <p>
  Experience with
 </p>
 <ul>
  <li>
   graphQL
  </li>
  <li>
   event-sourcing pattern with async behaviour, or think it sounds exciting
  </li>
  <li>
   database technologies, like SQL, MongoDB and/or Graph database (Neo4j)
  </li>
  <li>
   modern CI/CD practices and &ldquo;shift-left&rdquo; approaches
  </li>
 </ul>
 <p>
  Knowledge of
  <br/>
 </p>
 <ul>
  <li>
   reactive Streams, WebSockets, etc. is a bonus.
  </li>
  <li>
   containerized services, including docker / Kubernetes
  </li>
  <li>
   Azure or similar cloud platform
  </li>
 </ul>

 A typical day in the role
 <p>
  You'll work&nbsp;in a team with highly skilled members of different capabilities. In addition to our internal workers, we collaborate with external experts who contribute to our implementation of an industry-leading technology for Event Sourcing infrastructure and Data warehouse design.
 </p>
 <p>
  As we work at several locations, we often meet on Teams. For daily standups or whenever we need or want. We share our work, and everyone is helping where it is needed with solutions and knowledge. Our Indian colleagues also visit Norway regularly.
 </p>
 <p>
  The new reporting platform is now in beta stage. Some customers have started to test the first version, and the first delivery on top of this platform is planned for release after summer vacation. We are ready to build a lot of cool customer features now, using cutting-edge frontend technology.
