As the Senior Business Developer, you’ll be working in the forefront of digital development, ensuring the alignment of business development activities towards our strategy and driving the delivery of key business development initiatives with our stakeholders. Our digital business is developing fast, so expect a dynamic environment with a good amount of variety and opportunities to learn and grow, all the while impacting the future of Omnichannel customer experience.

What you’ll be doing

Supporting the strategic direction and priorities aiming at delivering personalized customer experiences, to grow our digital business
</span>
</span>

Collecting, aligning and following-up on development requirements and dependencies in close cooperation with colleagues in the value chain and key stakeholders
</span>
</span>
</li>
<li>
<span>
<span>
Taking ownership and/or driver role for selected business development and improvement initiatives
</span>
</span>
</li>
<li>
<span>
<span>
Managing and defining new local and Nordic business processes
</span>
</span>
</li>
<li>

Acting as a role model by creating an atmosphere of confidence and trust in team to motivate to fulfil team tasks

Your experience and background
</strong>

Several years of experience working with Digital and Business Development
</span>
</span>
</li>
<li>
<span>
<span>
Proven ability to lead the delivery of complex cross-functional projects
</span>
</span>
</li>
<li>
<span>
<span>
Strong knowledge on problem solving, quantitative analytics, teamwork, structured storytelling & communication and facilitation
</span>
</span>
</li>
<li>
<span>
<span>
Understanding of industry trends and digital customer needs. Experience around Digital Engagement and the Financial industry as well as around marketing technologies is beneficial.
</span>
</span>
</li>
<li>

<span>
Senior presence and ability to engage stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
</span>
</span>
</li>
<li>
<span>
<span>
Master’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience
</span>
</span>
</li>
<li>

Excellent written and spoken English skills
</span>
