     Supporting the strategic direction and priorities aiming at delivering personalized customer experiences, to grow our digital business

     Collecting, aligning and following-up on development requirements and dependencies in close cooperation with colleagues in the value chain and key stakeholders
    </span>

     Proven ability to lead the delivery of complex cross-functional projects

     Strong knowledge on problem solving, quantitative analytics, teamwork, structured storytelling &amp; communication and facilitation

     Understanding of industry trends and digital customer needs. Experience around Digital Engagement and the Financial industry as well as around marketing technologies is beneficial.
