  Reporting directly to the VP of Business Operations, you will support in defining our commercial and pricing strategy, spearhead and manage our BD/sales pipeline, foster cross-functional collaborations, and travel as necessary to meet prospects and customers.

   GTM Competitive Commercial and Pricing Strategy
  </strong>

   Develop and execute competitive commercial strategies to maximize revenue and market share.

   Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to inform commercial and pricing decisions.

   Lead Pipeline Management and Weekly Forecasting

   Requirements

   3-5 years of experience in business operations, sales, finance, or consulting roles, preferably in a technology or fintech environment.

   Proven track record in managing customer relationships, pipeline generation, negotiating contracts, and pricing strategy.
  </li>
  <li>
   Familiarity with DeFi and Web3 concepts and a strong desire to deepen knowledge in these areas.
  </li>
  <li>
   Experience working with technical teams and the ability to translate technical terms into simple business language.
  </li>
  <li>
   Process-oriented, familiar with operational business and finance best practices.
  </li>
  <li>
   Proactive mindset with a strong focus on results and continuous improvement.
  </li>
  <li>
   Work cross-functionally translating business objectives to technical requirements and deliverables.
  </li>
  <li>
   Strong contract negotiation skills.
  </li>
  <li>
   Excellent technical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

   Proficiency in G-Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, HubSpot, Notion, Jira, and Slack.
