 We're looking for a motivated team member to join our busy allergy practice. Your responsibilities will include handling insurance billing, troubleshooting claims payments, managing authorizations and eligibility checks, and ensuring timely collections. You'll also play a key role in tracking biologics and obtaining necessary authorizations. At times, you'll assist with answering phones, triaging messages, managing pharmacy requests, and addressing patient inquiries. Experience with EMR systems is essential for this role.
