<div> <strong> Job Description <br/> <br/> </strong> <strong> Job Description: <br/> <br/> </strong> <ul> <li> Implement evidenced based ABA treatment programs specifically designed for students with identified special needs in the school and home setting </li> <li> Ensure integrity of program implementation by following the behavior plan, utilizing scripts, prompting and reinforcement as required, collecting accurate data and providing daily documentation </li> <li> Provide ongoing documentation and accurate feedback to all IBIC case manager/supervisor within required deadlines </li> <li> Attend monthly team meetings and complete mandatory trainings </li> <li> Able to exercise professionalism, confidentiality and discretion pertaining all aspects of the work environment </li> <li> Perform additional duties as assigned <br/> <br/> </li> </ul> <strong> Qualifications: <br/> <br/> </strong> <ul> <li> Exceptional interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor </li> <li> A bachelor's degree in: Child Development, Special Education, Education, Clinical Psychology, Psychology or a related field (required) with educational coursework completed in the areas of Behavior Analysis is preferred </li> <li> Documented experience assisting children with special needs </li> <li> Prior work experience with provision of ABA, positive behavior supports and crisis intervention for students with emotional disabilities in the school setting is preferred </li> <li> An ability to work with an ethnically, linguistically, culturally, and economically diverse populations </li> <li> Must be a licensed driver with access to a reliable vehicle with personal liability insurance </li> <li> Must be Technologically proficient </li> <li> Must be able to pass the individual units of the competency based training program </li> <li> Bilingual, in Spanish, is an asset <br/> <br/> </li> </ul> <strong> Work hours: <br/> <br/> </strong> <ul> <li> Full-time and Part-time opportunities are now available </li> <li> Assignments are school based usually from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm </li> <li> Several openings in school settings within the Los Angeles Unified School District area <br/> <br/> </li> </ul> <strong> Benefits <br/> <br/> </strong> <ul> <li> Competitive compensation with placement on the Salary Grid (minimum $20.00 per hour) dependent upon education and experience </li> <li> Semi-annual salary increases </li> <li> All employees are eligible for Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance </li> <li> 401 K with employer match </li> <li> Paid Time Off (PTO) and sick time </li> <li> Paid competency based training program </li> <li> Drive time and mileage reimbursement </li> <li> Employee incentive programs including referral bonuses <br/> <br/> </li> </ul> Please submit your resume, salary history and 3 professional references <br/> <br/> <strong> Company Description <br/> <br/> </strong> Intensive Behavior Intervention Consultants, LLC (IBIC) is a leading nonpublic agency providing behavior intervention services for students with disabilities in the school setting.
