   ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  &bull; Support Business Development through technical support, customer presentations, and

  process development.
 </p>

  &bull; Strengthen sales and purchasing processes to ensure compliance with customer and industry
 </p>

  specifications.

  &bull; Contribute to process development initiatives to enhance the company's technological
 </p>
 <p>
  capabilities and competitive edge.
 </p>
 <p>
  &bull; Assist in resolution of non-conforming material issues.
 </p>
 <p>
  &bull; Proactively engage in the development and enhancement of the vendor base to align with the
 </p>
 <p>
  evolving needs of our customers. Participate in industry material committees, such as AMS,
 </p>
 <p>
  SAE, and ASTM. Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, standards, and innovations, bringing
 </p>
 <p>
  valuable insights back to the organization.
 </p>
 <p>
  &bull; Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the metallurgical engineering processes,
 </p>
 <p>
  utilizing data-driven approaches to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
 </p>

   QUALIFICATIONS:
  </strong>
 </p>
 <p>
  &bull; Bachelor's or advanced degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Material Science, or a related field.
 </p>
 <p>
  &bull; Proven experience in metallurgical engineering, including hands-on experience with various
 </p>
 <p>
  metallurgical processes and materials.
 </p>
 <p>
  &bull; Strong understanding of industry standards and specifications, with a track record of ensuring
 </p>
 <p>
  compliance in previous roles.
 </p>
 <p>
  &bull; Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex
 </p>
 <p>
  technical information to diverse audiences.
 </p>
 <p>
  &bull; Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
 </p>
