 The Interior Designer will play a key role in creating immersive and visually stunning environments that captivate our guests, in spaces ranging from dining areas, to our immersive gameplay arena, to customer support spaces . You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to bring our creative visions to life. This is an exciting opportunity to push the boundaries of design and create immersive spaces that leave a lasting impression on our guests.

  Responsibilities
  <br/>
  <br/>
 </strong>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Develop innovative and highly functional interior design concepts and studies to help with evaluating design alternatives that align with the overall creative vision of the Level99 experience
  </li>
  <li>
   ollaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of interior design elements with other artistic and technical aspects of the experiences
  </li>
  <li>
   Create detailed interior design plans, including floorplans, layouts, takeoffs, and assembling choices on materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, lighting, and artwork, while considering factors such as functionality, safety, and durability
  </li>
  <li>
   Conduct research and stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance the quality and uniqueness of our experiences
  </li>
  <li>
   Provide guidance and support to production teams during the fabrication and installation processes to ensure accurate execution of the interior design concepts
  </li>
  <li>
   Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to source and select materials, furniture, and decor items that align with the creative vision and meet budgetary requirements
  </li>
  <li>
   Present design concepts, mood boards, and visualizations to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and refining designs as necessary
  </li>
  <li>
   Think high-level (strategically) to align interior design choices with our voice and concept essence, creating design criteria and success criteria to systematize our design process
  </li>
  <li>
   Maintain documentation, including design specifications, drawings, and schedules, to ensure clear communication and seamless coordination among project teams
  </li>
  <li>
   Work with the team to develop and refine Level99&rsquo;s design standards and a best-in-class &ldquo;kit of parts&rdquo; playbook for new venue development
  </li>
  <li>
   Maintain a positive, upbeat, pro-active attitude and inspire the same in fellow team members
  </li>
  <li>

 MUST-HAVE SKILLS
 <br/>
 <br/>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Minimum 3 years&rsquo; post-collegiate experience designing hospitality/retail/restaurant projects
  </li>
  <li>
   Minimum 1 year&rsquo; experience overseeing the design of restaurants or similar foodservice projects, with knowledge of health code requirements and restaurant infrastructure (HVA and exhaust systems, kitchen equipment, etc.)
  </li>
  <li>
   Knowledge of industry trends and best practices
  </li>
  <li>
   Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  </li>
  <li>
   Excellent spatial awareness and attention to detail
  </li>
  <li>
   Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as AutoCAD, Rhino, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar 3D visualization tools
  </li>
  <li>
   Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities
  </li>
  <li>
   Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey design concepts and ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. A positive, joyful, upbeat and energetic attitude
  </li>
  <li>
   Willingness to "roll up your sleeves" and get into the details as a team player with a "get things done" proactive attitude

  </li>

   Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus
