   About the role:&nbsp;

   We are looking for a data and business intelligence (BI) expert to help start our BI function. This role will focus on building out our business data infrastructure and provide valuable insights to internal stakeholders across the Go-to-Market (GTM) teams: Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.

   What you&rsquo;ll do:
  </strong>
  <ul>
   <li>
    Develop and maintain databases, datasets, pipelines, and Business Intelligence solutions to enable standardized reporting and scalable analytics
   </li>
   <li>
    The ETL process of getting data from our business systems (e.g. Hubspot, Outreach, Maxio, Netsuite, Voyager, etc) into our data warehouse (Databricks). We currently use Fivetran for this, but may need some custom processes later down the line.
   </li>
   <li>
    Taking these raw data inputs (bronze tables) and creating useful core data tables (silver tables) for business reporting and analysis. The goal is for these data tables to effectively serve as the Single Source of Truth.
   </li>
   <li>
    For data related to our internal systems (Voyager), this person will partner with the Software team
   </li>
   <li>
    Once these silver tables are created reporting and analysis can be generated
   </li>
   <li>
    Integrate and work with data from a variety of sources including but not limited to CRM data, Finance data, Marketing Data
   </li>
   <li>
    Build centralized dashboards using Tableau for weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting to enable our executive stakeholders and other members of our GTM team to make decisions with a single source of truth analytics
   </li>
   <li>
    Provide deep dive analyses as needed and other ad hoc requests. These analyses will impact long term planning and other strategic initiatives throughout the GTM organization
   </li>
   <li>
    Develop and improve the current data architecture, data quality, monitoring, and data availability
   </li>
   <li>
    By working with the data, you will be among the first to notice anomalies or gaps in the data, and will work with members of the relevant teams to fix any issues, and develop workflows and processes to ensure consistent data quality in the future
   </li>
   <li>
    Manage access of users to the data warehouse and Tableau on an appropriate need-to-know basis
   </li>
   <li>
    This person will help promote data literacy by creating learning resources and be a SME on all business data related topics in the company
   </li>

   About you:
  </strong>
  <ul>
   <li>
    4-6 years of working experience in analytical role working closely with a data engineer or the sources of data
   </li>
   <li>
    Strong SQL and proficient Python knowledge
   </li>
   <li>
    Experience with data warehouse technical architectures, infrastructure components, ETL/ ELT and reporting/analytic tools
   </li>
   <li>
    Experience with development lifecycle tools such as Github, etc.
   </li>
   <li>
    Experience with data visualization tools and packages (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)
   </li>
   <li>
    Experience working with modern data technologies stacks such as Databricks, Google Big Query, Redshift, RDS, Snowflake, or similar solutions
   </li>
   <li>
    Comfortable in working cross functionally with business customers to gather requirements and gain a deep understanding of varied datasets
   </li>
   <li>
    Self-starter and proactive problem solver with strong communication and project management skills
   </li>
  </ul>
