  The role will be part of a Markets Program Execution &amp; Transformation Team responsible for ensuring the timely execution of technical data centric deliverables.
 </p>
 <p>
  <br/>
 </p>
 <p>
  The candidate must be an individual experienced in data and transformation efforts with a background in project management to provide subject matter expertise and deliver meaningful solutions that are functional and sustainable.
 </p>
 <p>

 <p>
  Primary Responsibilities:
 </p>
 <p>
  <br/>
 </p>
 <p>
  - Support the Senior Project Managers to drive the onboarding of critical datasets to a single strategic data lake
 </p>
 <p>
  - Own the delivery of key project streams, ensuring actions and milestones are accurately tracked and reported.
 </p>
 <p>
  - Work directly with Technology teams and Business stakeholders to support the design and review of strategic data models
 </p>
 <p>
  - Take a hands-on approach to managing the end to end onboarding of datasets, working directly with SQL to sanity check implementations and to support both QA teams and the business during UAT
 </p>
 <p>
  - Lead or participate in working groups, workshops and with stakeholders to understand business requirements, define project plans and manage timelines
 </p>
 <p>
  - Identify challenges and proactively seek to resolve or escalate risk and issues in a timely and well-articulated manner to the projects by engaging relevant stakeholders and PMs
 </p>
 <p>
  - Assist in producing accurate and insightful project update materials and artifacts, tailoring to various forums and committees
 </p>
 <p>
  - Build strong relationships, adopting a joined up approach, to support the execution of programs
 </p>
 <p>

 <p>
  Key Skills Required
 </p>
 <p>
  - Working knowledge of SQL and experience working with relational databases
 </p>
 <p>
  - Demonstrable experience of daily management and tracking of technical deliveries
 </p>
 <p>
  - Self-starting with the ability to multitask, prioritize and proactively seek out teams and individuals across the organization to help resolve issues
 </p>
 <p>
  - Demonstrated analytical skills with follow-up and problem solving capability
 </p>
 <p>
  - Must be an energetic self starter/able to drive initiative with minimal direction
 </p>
 <p>
  - Organized, detail oriented, and able to track multiple workstreams / projects at once
 </p>
 <p>
  - 3 years minimum experience
 </p>
