  Key Responsibilities
  <br/>

 </strong>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Act as an internal consultant by understanding business needs, scoping data requests, synthesizing insights, &amp; recommending solutions to key business partners in collaboration with other members of the HCD team.
  </li>
  <li>
   Participate as a core member of the department, working closely with the team to provide data driven solutions &amp; support to all HCD solution areas.
  </li>
  <li>
   Design databases by going through all phases like Conceptual design, Logical design, Physical design, &amp; normalization techniques.
  </li>
  <li>
   Take a lead role in the creation of an advanced Oracle data warehouse focusing on maintaining existing data elements &amp; exploring data from other data systems.
  </li>
  <li>
   Manage the tableau server &amp;Identifying patterns and meaningful insights from data by analyzing it using tableau.
  </li>
  <li>
   Demonstrate exceptional judgment &amp; discretion when dealing with highly sensitive people data.
  </li>
  <li>
   Perform analysis &amp; regular reporting for stakeholders across the business.
  </li>
  <li>
   Define design to meet business requirements in compliance with Oracle &amp; Oracle ETL design methodologies.
  </li>
  <li>
   Build systems as designed by using PL/SQL, SQL Loader, Batch scripts, &amp; Autosys Scheduler.
  </li>
  <li>
   Develop presentations on metrics, reports, &amp; analysis.
  </li>
  <li>
   Manage multiple concurrent projects that require inputs from cross functional stakeholders while balancing impact on business needs.
  </li>
  <li>
   Utilize experience in PL/SQL, batch scripting language &amp; job scheduler.
  </li>
  <li>
   Leverage tools, such as Oracle, Tableau &amp; Excel to drive analytics &amp; enable client self-service on routine queries.
  </li>
  <li>
   Responsible for continuous research &amp; learning of new industry trends in Human Capital Analytics.
  </li>
  <li>
   Perform database architecture &amp; routine maintenance in Tableau server.

  Qualifications

 </strong>
 Must possess a Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science or a highly related field of study

 <br/>
 with at least 3 years of related experience in the following:

 <br/>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Designing databases by going through all phases like Conceptual design, Logical design, Physical design, &amp; normalization techniques;
  </li>
  <li>
   Managing the tableau server and Identifying patterns &amp; meaningful insights from data by analyzing it using tableau;
  </li>
  <li>
   Defining design to meet business requirements in compliance with Oracle &amp; Oracle ETL design methodologies;
  </li>
