  What You Will Be Doing
  <br/>
  <br/>
 </strong>
 <em>
  Receive on the job Training as a Civil Engineer in Quality Management for Construction Technology Products working in a Laboratory Manufacturing Environment.
  <br/>
  <br/>
 </em>
 Read and interpret technical journals and construction documents
 <br/>
 <br/>
 Conduct laboratory testing to ensure materials and products meet design criteria and standard of quality
 <br/>
 <br/>
 Become ACI certified
 <br/>
 <br/>
 Oversee / maintain / prepare testing &amp; troubleshoot manufacturing processes &amp; equipment
 <br/>
 <br/>
 Recommend/implement improvements to the department
 <br/>
 <br/>
 Provide assistance with external / internal quality audits for construction materials
 <br/>
 <br/>
 Manage data collection and documentation
 <br/>
 <br/>

  Requirements

 </strong>
 Bachelor's Degree in Science: Civil Engineering
 <br/>
 <br/>
 Microsoft Office and Math Skills
 <br/>
 <br/>
 Leadership skills
 <br/>

 </strong>
 Materials testing experience in a laboratory setting

 <br/>
 Experience reading / interpreting construction documents
