  Key Responsibilities
  <br/>
  <br/>
 </strong>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Pull and present detailed reports to leadership teams.
  </li>
  <li>
   Collaborate with county officials to ensure compliance with all regulations.
  </li>
  <li>
   Work with pipelines (water lines) and perform surveying as needed.
  </li>
  <li>
   Maintenance of the building, such as general building repairs and structural management
   <br/>
   <br/>
  </li>
 </ul>
 <strong>
  Qualifications
  <br/>
  <br/>
 </strong>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Minimum of 2 years of construction experience.
  </li>
  <li>
   Proficiency in AutoCAD.
  </li>
  <li>
   Strong ability to read and review 3D drawings.
  </li>
  <li>
   Excellent communication skills for presenting reports to leadership.
  </li>
  <li>
   Familiarity with pipelines (water lines) and surveying is highly desirable.
