  Schedule:
 </strong>
 Generally, Monday through Friday 8am-5pm. This position is remote with occasional travel to the office. Regular, punctual and predictable attendance is an essential function of every job at ScriptPro.

  Scope Of The Role
  <br/>
  <br/>
 </strong>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Develops moderate to complex software for web, iOS, and Android platforms using a variety of tools and libraries: UI components and application, services and service layer, service integration to UI and data, and interaction between application layer and database layer
  </li>
  <li>
   Analyzes legacy code to understand functionality and dependencies and make modifications without introducing unintended side effects
  </li>
  <li>
   Able to refactor and re-engineer legacy apps to a modernized platform, framework, and architecture
  </li>
  <li>
   Utilizes software engineering tools such as configuration management systems, build processes, debuggers, emulators, and simulators in the software development and deployment/release process
  </li>
  <li>
   Collaborates and adds value through participation in peer code reviews, and providing comments and suggestions
  </li>
  <li>
   Provides reliable solutions to a variety of problems using sound problem solving techniques
  </li>
  <li>
   Performs technical root cause analysis and proposes multiple options for solutions to given problems
  </li>
  <li>
   Estimates level of effort, evaluates new options of similar technology, and offers suggestions to improve processes
  </li>
  <li>
   Works and functions effectively as a member of a team or small group &ndash; in particular, participation in Agile-based teams for development of client-server applications including design, programming, testing, implementation, and maintenance
  </li>
  <li>
   Must be able to read manuals, technical whitepapers, requirements documents, etc., and deliver development solutions that meet quality assurance standards

  Education And Experience Requirements
  <br/>
  <br/>
 </strong>
 <ul>
  <li>
   B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
  </li>
  <li>
   Experience with mobile development on iOS (and preferably Android)
  </li>
  <li>
   Experience with JavaScript
  </li>
  <li>
   Experience designing and creating graphical user interfaces (GUI)
   <br/>
   <br/>
  </li>
 </ul>
 <strong>
  Preferred Skills
  <br/>
  <br/>
 </strong>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Good verbal and written communication skills with Agile team members including scrum masters and product owners
  </li>
  <li>
   Familiarity with object oriented principles and able to understand systems using proven architecture patterns/practices
  </li>
  <li>
   Experience with C# and SQL development
  </li>
  <li>
   Experience with at least one cross-platform mobile development framework (React Native, Flutter, etc.)
  </li>
  <li>
   Experience with PWA development
  </li>
  <li>
   End-to-end mobile development experience
  </li>
  <li>
   Experience with React
  </li>
  <li>
   Experience with Cordova

  </li>

 </strong>
 This position operates in an office environment. Routine use of standard office equipment is required. Must be able to use a computer for extended periods of time. Regularly required to sit, use hands and fingers, and expected to occasionally lift, stoop, bend, and reach. Ability to learn and solve practical problems and interpret a variety of instructions is required.
