Locally owned by The Original Rosin Company, Sweet Sensi is the largest manufacturer of Hemp-derived Cannabis products in the South, producing TRUE Full-Spectrum Hemp Edibles, Topicals and Pet treats right here in Austin. Our new Retail Store, located off the iconic Congress Ave. is looking for Full time or Part time sales associates. If you love Cannabis, helping people and working in a fun and exciting atmosphere you will love selling our Hemp-derived products and related items at our Sweet Sensi store. Note: Manager position with higher pay is available for future opportunity.

  Qualifications

 </strong>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Must be 18 + years of age.
  </li>
  <li>
   Previous experience in sales, customer service and other related fields preferred.
  </li>
  <li>
   Previous work in the Cannabis industry preferred but not required. Educational training will be available.

 Responsibilities (responsibilities like opening and closing will correspond with specific time shifts)

  <li>
   open store - Switch on all necessary lights, set up background music, check for cleanliness and tidiness. Ensure all displays are organized and products are properly stocked. Verify that all signage is correct and in good condition. Ensure cash registers are functioning properly. Load receipt paper and check barcode scanners. Verify credit card machines are working. Clean and stock restrooms with necessary supplies. Ensure common areas are neat and inviting. Restock shelves if necessary, etc.

  <li>
   Speak with customers and help them find products. Use your knowledge from your training on our products to help customers find relief for their particular issue.
  </li>
  <li>
   Ability to use and troubleshoot the POS system
  </li>
  <li>
   Ability to use drink machines to create drinks for customers in our Cannabis cafe and lounge.
  </li>
  <li>
   Ability to communicate and work well with other staff and customers.
  </li>
  <li>
   closing - Count the cash in registers and reconcile with sales receipts. Prepare a cash deposit and secure it in the safe. Clean the store, including restrooms and common areas. Arrange products and displays neatly. Check perishable items. Turn off all lights, music, and electronic devices. Ensure all appliances and machines are switched off. Take note of low stock items and create purchase orders if needed. Update inventory records. Document any incidents, issues, or unusual occurrences during the day. Lock all doors and windows securely. Set the alarm system, etc.

We grow our own plants hydroponically, extract the oil using our unique Rosin Press method and create all our own products containing true full-spectrum CBD and all other cannabinoids. Keeping everything organic, clean and pure. Our main facility is located in Lakeway just west of Austin. Our products are sold throughout the US and launching in the UK soon!
