  In this role, you will
 </p>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Consult on and participate in moderately complex initiatives within Systems Quality Assurance (SQA).
  </li>
  <li>
   Help resolve SQA challenges, ensure compliance with policies and procedures, and collaborate with client personnel.
  </li>
  <li>
   Document test cases, research risks, and create test plans.
  </li>
  <li>
   Record test progress and results.
  </li>
  <li>
   Identify and track issues throughout testing.
  </li>
  <li>
   Perform manual and automated testing.
  </li>
  <li>
   Consult with users, providing advice and direction.
  </li>
  <li>
   Develop standards and procedures to determine product quality and release readiness.
  </li>
  <li>
   Drive innovation and streamline testing processes.
  </li>
  <li>
   Research system features being tested.
  </li>
  <li>
   Partner with Engineers to develop testing strategies.
  </li>
  <li>
   Log, track, and verify the resolution of software and specification defects.
  </li>
  <li>
   Ensure compliance and manage risks for the supported area.
  </li>
  <li>
   Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers.
  </li>
  <li>
   Lead projects, teams, or mentor less experienced staff.
  </li>
 </ul>
 <p>
  <strong>
   An ideal candidate should have:
  </strong>
 </p>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and Azure DevOps.
  </li>
  <li>
   Proficiency in creating and executing test scripts.
  </li>
  <li>
   Business-facing experience, including writing design specs and communicating with business groups.
  </li>
  <li>
   Experience with Jira, ALM, or Octane is preferred.
  </li>
  <li>
   Finance industry experience is a plus.
  </li>
 </ul>
