   Responsibilities:
  </strong>
 </p>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Developing quality assurance standards and processes
  </li>
  <li>
   Collaborating with teams to strategize and align long term solutions for testing including roadmap, tools, framework, and approach
  </li>
  <li>
   Maintaining standards for reliability and performance of production
  </li>
  <li>
   Creating quality measurements to track improvement in products
  </li>
  <li>
   Executing quality improvement testing and activities
  </li>
  <li>
   Reporting status, identifying risks, and working with leadership on their mitigation
  </li>
  <li>
   Creating reports documenting errors and issues for fixing
  </li>
  <li>
   Ensuring products meet customer expectations and demand
  </li>
  <li>
   Cooperating with product owners and business analysts across multiple projects to identify capacity needs and risks
  </li>
  <li>
   Translating product requirements and designs into test plans and strategies
  </li>
  <li>
   Recommending test tools, process techniques, and methodologies needed to enhance productivity and quality
  </li>
  <li>
   Exploring new testing technologies and trends to identify new and emerging opportunities
  </li>
 </ul>

   Basic Qualifications and Requirements:
  </strong>
 </p>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Bachelor&rsquo;s degree with a minimum of 8 years of experience in Quality Assurance
  </li>
  <li>
   Proven data-driven decision maker with high focus on continuous improvement
  </li>
  <li>
   Experience in leading and establishing quality assurance processes
  </li>
  <li>
   Ability to perform complex analysis and tasks successfully and in a timely manner
  </li>
  <li>
   Superb interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  </li>
  <li>
   Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organized
  </li>
 </ul>

   Operating Status:
  </strong>
 </p>
 <p>
  Most M2 positions are hybrid roles, which will require working both at clients' work locations and teleworking.

   Work is performed in an office environment
  </li>
  <li>
   Must be able to remain in a stationary position for an extended period of time
