   2+ years of related professional experience creating social media content across channels for an organization.

   Responsibilities
  </strong>
 </p>
 <p>
  The Social Media Coordinator / Content Creator works with the Manager of Marketing Communication and Head of Social to develop and implement the social media strategy and create content for the company&rsquo;s official social media platforms.
 </p>
 <p>
  <strong>
   Key responsibilities include:
  </strong>
 </p>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Manages up to 10 social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, creating and scheduling up to 50 posts a week, 70+ stories a week, and engaging with content on a consistent basis.
  </li>
  <li>
   Helps to develop and implement social media ideas/campaigns/posts that ensure brand consistency, support the company&rsquo;s communications and marketing goals, and engages new audiences
  </li>
  <li>
   Creates relevant, informative, engaging, and effective content optimized for social media platforms, including static posts, reels, stories, and other digital assets with little supervision
  </li>
  <li>
   Experience designing branded templates and
   <strong>
    REELS
   </strong>
   for use on social media using various desktop and online tools, like Canva.
  </li>
  <li>
   Monitors all social media channels for accuracy, branding, engagement, and needed adjustments.
  </li>
  <li>
   Responsible for responding to comments and questions from social media followers with accuracy, professionalism, and timeliness, as well as escalating any issues to the proper marketing manager.
  </li>
  <li>
   Monitors and analyzes social media performance across channels to determine effectiveness and improve strategy
  </li>
  <li>
   Responsible for monitoring social media during non-working hours for any comments or communication that would need immediate attention and potentially requires input from other business units prior to responding publicly.
  </li>
  <li>
   Develops effective strategies and tactics that increase social media followers and user engagement
  </li>
  <li>
   Edits video and audio files to maximize social media engagement
  </li>
 </ul>

  Annual Compensation: $55,000-$65,000
 </p>
 <p>

   Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
  </em>
 </p>
 <p>

   Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
