 We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Outpatient Clinic. This is a permanent, full-time position with a Monday through Friday schedule on day shifts. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be at the forefront of delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced outpatient setting.   Responsibilities
  <br/>

 </strong>
 As an Outpatient Clinic Registered Nurse, your primary responsibilities will include
 <br/>
 <br/>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Providing direct and individualized nursing care to patients based on the application of scientific nursing principles.
  </li>
  <li>
   Conducting initial assessments of patients, including taking vital signs, documenting patient history, and identifying any health risks.
  </li>
  <li>
   Developing and implementing patient care plans, and maintaining accurate medical records.
  </li>
  <li>
   Administering medications, wound care, and other personalized interventions as ordered by care providers.
  </li>
  <li>
   Collaborating with the healthcare team to oversee patient care and ensure the best possible outcomes.
  </li>
  <li>
   Educating patients and their families on disease prevention, medical conditions, and the proper use of prescribed treatments and drugs.
  </li>
  <li>
   Responding to emergencies and coordinating with other healthcare professionals as needed.
  </li>
  <li>
   Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards.
  </li>
  <li>
   Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the level of patient care.

  Qualifications
  <br/>
  <br/>
 </strong>
 To be considered for this position, you must possess the following qualifications
 <br/>
 <br/>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Current and valid RN license in the state of practice.
  </li>
  <li>
   Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in an outpatient clinic or FQHC setting.
  </li>
  <li>
   Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.
  </li>
  <li>
   Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  </li>
  <li>
   Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
  </li>
  <li>
   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
  </li>
  <li>
   Strong clinical skills with an emphasis on patient-centered care.
  </li>
  <li>
   Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  </li>
  <li>
   Commitment to adhering to the highest standards of nursing practices and ethical conduct.
  </li>
  <li>
   Bilingual in English and Spanish a huge plus.
