Our Opportunity
North American Lighting (NAL) is looking for an Assembly Engineer - II to join our team. The ideal candidate will work with Equipment and Manufacturing Engineers who design, specify, and develop equipment required to support production requirements.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
---------------------------------------
Your Priorities
* Works with multiple departments to ensure timely support on new product launches and all other assigned projects.
* Provides on-site support at NAL plants and equipment vendors when additional engineering resources are required.
* Assists in feasibility studies and analysis of the new technology.
* Provides technical support in the following areas:
	+ To establish process capability during new equipment start-up
	+ To manufacturing to maintain process capability
	+ For continuous improvement of production equipment and processes
* Develops and implements assembly processes, procedures, and standards.
* Studies product design feasibility and provides feedback to project launch team.
Requirements
----------------
Your Background
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related discipline, plus 2 - 4 years of experience in equipment design and/or implementation within manufacturing.
