   To be successful in this position you will demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, organizational and project coordination skills along with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage pressure to meet deadlines.
  </li>
  <li>
   Client Project Responsibility: Coordinate multiple client by liaising with internal teams, including account managers, FDS, lab, marketing, production, customer service, scent designers &amp; tracking all relevant details of project briefing and related submissions.
  </li>
  <li>
   Client Meeting Responsibility: Schedule, organize and prepare meetings, including: submission materials, sampling, blotters, submission sheets, and all support material.
  </li>
  <li>
   Client Service Responsibility: Daily and ongoing support and communication to customer needs, such as pricing, oil, coordination of shipping, documentation and samples. Project administration during project development, entering projects, sending out submissions and reworks, directing internal team, managing deadlines and requests, monitoring pricing, logging in bases, updating projects, keeping project folders and records, ordering oils, technical documents, entering win report, entering into SAP, prices, and initiating line extensions.
  </li>
  <li>
   Data Management Responsibility: Maintain/Ownership of data integrity, including: SAP/Business Warehouse/Price Lists, oil references, sales reporting tools, approved levels and bases, etc.
  </li>
  <li>
   Safety/Toxicology Responsibility: Ensure clients&rsquo; current portfolios meet the latest industry regulations. Issue necessary safety documents; Coordinate all tox reworks, working with tox perf/regulatory affairs department for all maintenance and new amendments.
  </li>
  <li>
   Puma maintenance responsibility:

   Loading and updating projects when needed especially when sales people are traveling or busy with clients
  </li>
  <li>
   Maintaining a clean pipeline in terms of closing projects and doing timely adoptions, or pushing impact period when decision is not yet made by the client

 Job Requirements

  <li>
   At least 3 years of related work experience
  </li>
  <li>
   Be open-minded and agile to different task
  </li>
  <li>
   Strong Organizational skills: to manage priorities, very tight timelines and changing project requirements as well as supporting external customers.
  </li>
  <li>
   Strong Computer skills: Knowledge in internal data systems such as Microsoft office, Excel, PPT, Word, SAP.
  </li>
  <li>
   Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills: effectively communicate and build customer and internal relationships.
  </li>
  <li>
   Key traits: High energy level, a winning attitude, team spirit, calm under pressure, organized, proactive, customer focused and results oriented.
  </li>
  <li>
   Problem solver focused on delivering solutions, ability to quickly learn and master new task and business-related software
  </li>
