  <li>
   Learn and come up with ideas for system design, ways of working and operating projects of Japanese customers.
  </li>
  <li>
   Work directly with Japanese customers to clarify requirements, create project plans and manage project progress.
  </li>
  <li>
   Support customers in determining requirements and proposing ideas.
  </li>
  <li>
   Ensure customer requirements are fully and accurately understood and communicated to the development team to comply with the requirements.
  </li>
  <li>
   Work on projects according to Company procedures.
  </li>
  <li>
   Support UAT in testing and verifying errors/issues with customers.
  </li>
  <li>
   Support Project Management on project scope, estimating and planning.
  </li>

   2. Job requirements
  </strong>
 </p>
 <p>

 </p>
 <ul>
  <li>
   More than 2 years of BrSE experience.
  </li>
  <li>
   Communication, discussion, ho-ren-so skills.
  </li>
  <li>
   Fluent Japanese skills when communicating with Customers (N2 or higher).
  </li>
  <li>
   Able to lead a group and assign tasks to members.
  </li>
  <li>
   Have a high sense of responsibility at work, respect the spirit of teamwork.
  </li>
  <li>
   Have a good working attitude and be proactive in work.
  </li>
  <li>
   Understanding Japanese culture and experience working at a Japanese company will be a huge advantage.
  </li>
