<div> <strong> The Challenge <br/> <br/> </strong> The doctor will be part of a team assisting in managing patients, with duties including conducting daily ward rounds, as well as supervision and teaching of House Officers. He/She will assist in running clinics, as well as assist in carrying out procedures and operations as permitted by the senior doctors. He/She will also be required to perform night duties as decided by the Head of Department, and according to the operational requirements of the Hospital. <br/> <br/> Doctors employed for service provision may be granted temporary medical registration for up to 24 months, subject to the doctor's employment contract, conditions stipulated by SMC and the doctors' and institutions' compliance with SMC's supervisory framework. <br/> <br/> These doctors may be eligible for conditional registration upon obtaining a postgraduate qualification recognised by SMC or fulfiling such prevailing conditions as may be specified by SMC from time to time. <br/> <br/> <strong> The Doctor Must <br/> <br/> </strong> <ul> <li> be in active clinical practice; </li> <li> have a basic medical degree from an accredited medical university or medical school; </li> <li> have passed the relevant national licensing examination in the country of conferment of basic degree, where applicable; </li> <li> have evidence of at least 12 months housemanship/internship with a certificate of satisfactory completion of housemanship or equivalent; </li> <li> have at least 3 years of post housemanship working experience as a medical officer (or equivalent) in the relevant field/specialty or possess a postgraduate medical qualification in the relevant field/specialty </li> <li> fulfil the English Language requirements of Singapore Medical Council (SMC); </li> <li> have been registered as a medical practitioner in the country where he is currently practising in; </li> <li> have been certified to be of good standing by the Medical Council or the relevant national authority. <br/> <br/> </li> </ul> We regret that only applications submitted through NHG Career Webpage (corp.nhg.com.sg/Careers), TTSH Career Webpage ([www.ttshhr.com]) and JobStreet Singapore (jobstreet.com.sg) will be considered.
