  About The Role

 We are seeking a Clinic In Charge who will provide operational support for the clinics with the following job responsibilities:
 <br/>
 <br/>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Train and onboard new joiners on clinic processes and SOPs
  </li>
  <li>
   Plan the clinic roster to ensure sufficient manpower for all clinic shifts
  </li>
  <li>
   Handles front desk registration of patients, schedule medical appointments, dispense medications and consumables and payment collection
  </li>
  <li>
   Error free results entry to CMS system
  </li>
  <li>
   Responsible for correct billings/invoices; accountable for cash collection and ensure accuracy
  </li>
  <li>
   Conduct monthly stock taking of drugs and consumables
  </li>
  <li>
   Responsible for self-development by attending in-house courses during work hours or after work hours
  </li>
  <li>
   Assist Doctor to provide treatment and medical examination
  </li>
  <li>
   Ensure that the clinics are kept clean and tidy at all time

  About You
  <br/>
  <br/>
 </strong>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Minimum 4-5 years of related clinic assistant experience
  </li>
  <li>
   Excellent communication skills
  </li>
  <li>
   Computer Literacy is required
  </li>
  <li>
   Unquestioned integrity and high standards in the work you do
  </li>
  <li>
   Comfortable with ambiguity and flexible to learn new things
  </li>
