  Job Purpose
  <br/>
  <br/>
 </strong>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Responsible for Implementing and executing lessons that have already been planned by the respective departments.
   <br/>
   <br/>
  </li>
 </ul>

  Job Responsibilities
  <br/>
  <br/>
 </strong>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Plan and conduct lessons
  </li>
  <li>
   Supervise students and manage pupil behaviours in the classroom and on school premises, to inculcate school values and enforce discipline
  </li>
  <li>
   Support in student and staff programmes/ activities, in the areas of planning and implementation.
  </li>
  <li>
   Participate in staff meetings, school wide training events and school programmes.
  </li>
  <li>
   Create teaching resources where necessary, to complement current pool of resources.
  </li>
  <li>
   Collaborate and consult with allied professionals, parents/caregivers and external agencies to ensure quality support and well-being of students
  </li>
  <li>
   Prepare reports on a needs basis, on issues relating to student issues such as injuries and discipline.
  </li>
  <li>
   Establish home-school communication with parents to support students&rsquo; progress
  </li>
  <li>
   Implement department work plan strategies to meet school strategic thrusts
  </li>
  <li>
   Any other duties requested by the Reporting Officer.

  Job Requirements

  <br/>
 </strong>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Able to commit for 12 months for year 2024
  </li>
  <li>
   Working hours is from 8am to 3:40pm. No Part-time available.
  </li>
  <li>
   Possess a Diploma/ Degree from a recognised Polytechnic and/or University
  </li>
  <li>
   Knowledge in Microsoft office (Excel, Powerpoint and Word)
  </li>
  <li>
   Have good interpersonal skills, classroom management skills and effective communication
  </li>
  <li>
   Is strong in verbal and written English
  </li>
  <li>
   Prior experience with Students with Mid Intellectual Disabilities (MID) is preferred
  </li>
  <li>
   Prior experience handling Physical Education, WPLN, and Vocational Guidance is an added advantage
  </li>
