  Responsibilities:
 </p>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Primary responsibility will be for Fixed and Rotating Equipment routine maintenance and Turnarounds.
  </li>
  <li>
   Provide maintenance support to the safe and reliable plant operation by administering outsourced contractor maintenance services, while ensuring work is planned, scheduled and executed safely and efficiently.
  </li>
  <li>
   Leads the administration of all the outsourced contractors to ensure safe, cost effective and quality work are done.
  </li>
  <li>
   Primary person responsible for the functioning of the maintenance management system
  </li>
  <li>
   (SAP R/3 Plant Maintenance Module) and the material management.
  </li>
  <li>
   Lead the outsourced personnel/contractor group on key maintenance work processes.
  </li>
  <li>
   Champion safe work practices and ensure contractor safety.
  </li>
  <li>
   Lead or participate in continuous improvement projects as driven by the business.
  </li>
  <li>
   Lead and function as a resource person for plant maintenance services including preventive, predictive and breakdown activities.
  </li>
  <li>
   Ensure Maintenance KPIs are tracked and adhered to meet plant objectives.
  </li>
  <li>
   To monitor and plan statutory and other regulatory requirements related to plan.
  </li>
  <li>
   Performing inspection of routine segments for various product services / maintenance and repair activities.
  </li>
  <li>
   Lead the preparation for inspection plans and execution of inspection plan.
  </li>
  <li>
   Inspection/condition monitoring of critical areas of identified equipment and piping for compliance against relevant standards and codes.
  </li>
  <li>
   Execute/review condition monitoring program for Rotating Equipment.
  </li>
  <li>
   Support the plant lubrication program and maintain the lube oil inventory to ensure proper lubrication of machinery.
  </li>
  <li>
   Prepare/Upload/Review reports for various Fixed/Rotating equipment inspection.
  </li>
  <li>
   Review 3rd party inspection reports with findings/recommendations and RL calculations.
  </li>
  <li>
   Support daily maintenance and major outage/ shutdown/turnaround Maintenance activities.
  </li>
  <li>
   Perform equipment troubleshooting and equipment failure root cause/failure analysis to provide recommendations for equipment repairs and improvement.
  </li>
  <li>
   Work closely with Inspection counter-parts and support daily activities and participate in the development of fixed equipment and piping inspection strategy include inspection reports update/review in PSAIM.
  </li>
  <li>
   Review the Project / Maintenance related ITP, manuals, procedures, specification requirements.
  </li>
  <li>
   Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and repairs performed for Fixed Equipment and Rotating Equipment for anytime reference and auditing purpose.
  </li>
  <li>
   Ensure the critical spare rotating equipment in the workshop is kept serviced and maintained ready for urgent requirements.
  </li>
  <li>
   Act as the point of contact with local workshops and OEM facilities to arrange for vendor shop maintenance services for Rotating Equipment and Fixed Equipment.
  </li>
  <li>
   Ensure the availability of spares inventory with necessary stock levels to meet the critical maintenance need for Rotating Equipment and Fixed Equipment.
  </li>
  <li>
   Provide continuous improvement support and identify opportunities to enhance the equipment reliability and reduce maintenance cost.
  </li>
 </ul>

  Qualifications:
 </p>
 <p>
  Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering Or equivalent
