L’établissement prend en charge plus de 50 000 patients par an, emploie 600 salariés et collabore avec plus de 150 praticiens libéraux. <br/> <br/> Site internet : https://clinique-belharra-bayonne.ramsaygds.fr/ <br/> <br/> Facebook : https://www.facebook.com/clinique.belharra/ <br/> <br/> MISSION <br/> <br/> Nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) IDE (H/F) de nuit en CDD, pour nos services de médecine/oncologie/soins palliatifs. <br/> <br/> Le service d’oncologie/soins palliatifs accueil des patients adultes atteints de cancers dont le motif d’hospitalisation s’inscrit dans une démarche curative ou palliative. <br/> <br/> Plusieurs spécialités partagent l’activité du service : gynécologie, pneumologie, digestif, ORL, hématologie, uro- néphrologie. En appui des prises en charges, une équipe pluridisciplinaire de soins de support (assistance sociale diététiciennes, psychologues, kinésithérapeutes) est présente chaque jour. <br/> <br/> Le service est composé de 27 chambres scindées en 2 secteurs de 14 lits. <br/> <br/> Pour un secteur, 1 binôme 1 IDE + 1 ASD est dédié sur une amplitude horaire de 19h15 à 07h15. <br/> <br/> Dans le cadre de vos fonctions, vous aurez la responsabilité d’un secteur en binôme avec l’aide-soignante. <br/> <br/> <strong> Vous Serez Amené(e) à Planifier Et Réaliser <br/> <br/> </strong> <ul> <li> Des soins d'hygiène et de confort </li> <li> Des toilettes, nursings, et soins de bouche </li> <li> Des accompagnements de fin de vie : massage, positionnements </li> <li> La pose, les soins et la surveillance des différents dispositifs médicaux: PAC, Picc-Line, sonde urinaire, sonde nasogastrique </li> <li> L' administration et la surveillance des antalgiques palier 3, ainsi que des manipulations PCA </li> <li> L' aide aux gestes médicaux : ponction ascite, ponction pleurale </li> <li> Des transfusions, des pansements complexes ainsi que des soins relationnels <br/> <br/> </li> </ul> CDD en remplacement d'un arrêt maladie long <br/> <br/> Démarrage 03/08/2024. <br/> <br/> Profil <br/> <br/> Vous êtes consciencieux(se), rigoureux(se) et appréciez le travail en équipe. <br/> <br/> Doté(e) d'un bon relationnel, vous aimez être au contact des patients. <br/> <br/> Nos salaires sont établis sur la grille de la convention collective FHP auxquels s'ajoutent des primes définies par accords d'entreprise ( prime fixe au bout de 6 mois, 13ème mois, aide à la mobilité et au logement ....). <br/> <br/> Nous proposons une mutuelle d'entreprise au bout de 6 mois d'ancienneté, qui est intégralement prise à la charge de l'employeur. <br/> <br/> Il sera possible de vous restaurer sur place, dans notre restaurant d'entreprise, à un tarif préférentiel. <br/> <br/> Nous disposons d'un CE, ainsi que d'un parking gratuit réservé au personnel, afin d'y stationner votre véhicule (2 roues également). <br/> <br/> Sachez également qu'un arrêt de bus se trouve à proximité de la clinique. </div>
