Responsibilities:
* Deliver stunning, high-performance user experiences that shape the future of video software
* Collaborate with Product Designers and the broader team to conceptualize and ship incredible experiences directly to Captions' users
* Stay up-to-date with the latest web technologies and best practices, and apply them to improve the development process and drive innovation
* Manage the overall product process with the broader team, from requirements gathering and design to implementation and maintenance, and contribute to the development of project plans and schedules
Requirements:
* Multi-disciplinary engineer with strong product sense and technical expertise, equally driven by customer focus and engineering excellence
* 3+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on designing and developing user-interfaces for highly scalable web applications
* Demonstrated fluency with a mainstream frontend and server-side framework (React, Vue, Angular, Svelte, ExpressJS, etc)
* Bonus: Experience or the ability/ appetite to learn WebGL, WASM, Electron

Compensation Range: $120K - $200K
