  Responsibilities

   Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches
  </li>
  <li>
   Manage all on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and test tasks
  </li>
  <li>
   Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
  </li>
  <li>
   Produce timely and detailed service reports
  </li>
  <li>
   Document processes and procedures
  </li>
  <li>
   Operate vehicle safely and use field automation systems
  </li>
  <li>
   Follow all company&rsquo;s field procedures and protocols
  </li>
  <li>
   Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organisation
  </li>
  <li>
   Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations

  Requirements
  <br/>
  <br/>
 </strong>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Technical degree or equivalent
  </li>
  <li>
   More than 2 years of proven field service experience
  </li>
  <li>
   Practical experience in hand tools (tweezers, screwdriver, etc.)
  </li>
  <li>
   Experience working in a team
  </li>
  <li>
   Proficient in MS Office Suite
  </li>
  <li>
   Familiarity with mobile tools and applications is a plus
  </li>
  <li>
   Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair, and service technical equipment is ideal
  </li>
  <li>
   Possess a valid authorisation to work in Japan
  </li>
  <li>
   Native level Japanese; proficient in reading and written English (TOEIC 500+)
