   Assists the employees to interpret physician&rsquo;s instructions.
  </li>

   Prepares necessary medical reports for analysis and decision making.
  </li>

   Gathers, prepares, and presents various health and safety information for employee&rsquo;s awareness.
  </li>
  <li>
   Submits and follows-up with PhilHealth and SSS documentation and reimbursements on sickness,
   <br/>
   <br/>
  </li>
 </ul>
 maternity, and magna carta.

   Schedules and implement annual/ periodic/ special examination of employees.
  </li>
  <li>
   Management of Lactating Facility
  </li>
  <li>
   Attend and assist in company sponsored activities as needed.
  </li>
  <li>
   Manages the HMO benefits.
  </li>
  <li>
   Assist the Employee Relation in the CSR activities and other related concerns.
  </li>
  <li>
   Assist in day-to-day function of HR &amp; Admin group whenever needed.
  </li>
